Information and purpose
We process your name, email and message, and your company and phone number if provided. We also record a request reference, time and email delivery status. Please do not include health information, identity documents, payment card details or unrelated third-party information.
Legal grounds
Information necessary for product, quotation or supply requests is processed for establishing or performing a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698. General enquiries and abuse prevention are assessed under Article 5(2)(f), legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Records needed to establish, exercise or protect a right may be processed under Article 5(2)(e). Submitting this form does not constitute permission for advertising or promotional messages.
Collection and recipients
We collect the information electronically through the form. Requests are stored in our WordPress database and emailed to authorised Çeşnitaş personnel. WordPress.com/Automattic provides hosting and Google Workspace/Gmail handles email. These providers may process the data to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
Security and international processing
Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent automated submissions and abuse. Google acts as a processor for this service. Before you submit the form, your browser may connect to Google and transmit IP address, browser/device information and verification interactions. Hosting, verification and email services may involve processing or access outside Türkiye. For information about recipients and international processing of your data, please contact us. This notice is not a request for consent to international transfers.
Retention
Requests are held in the form database and relevant email accounts. Backups may also contain these records. The form system does not currently apply an automatic deletion period. You may request information about retention of your records or request deletion where the conditions under applicable law are met.
Your rights and applications
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information about processing, its purposes and whether it is used accordingly; learn the domestic or foreign recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met; request that corrections or deletion be notified to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Submit a written application to our postal address under the applicable application rules, or email esra.ilica@cesnitas.com using an address previously supplied to us and recorded in our systems. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. We may ask for information necessary to verify identity.
