Information and purpose
We process the company/individual name, contact name, email, phone, city, address, selected products and quantities, and tax information and notes if supplied. Request reference, time and email delivery status are recorded. Tax information may be personal data where it identifies an individual. Do not provide health information, identity documents or payment card details.
Legal grounds
Necessary information is processed to evaluate your order/quotation request and communicate product and delivery terms under Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698. Abuse prevention is assessed under Article 5(2)(f), subject to your fundamental rights and freedoms, and protecting legal rights under Article 5(2)(e). Statutory records arising from a subsequent sale are handled under the relevant legal obligations. This form creates a request and does not collect payment. It does not provide marketing permission.
Email confirmation
Your request is emailed to authorised personnel and a confirmation containing request and contact details is sent to the email address you enter. Please use an accurate address belonging to you or someone you are authorised to represent.
Collection and recipients
We collect the information electronically through the form. Requests are stored in our WordPress database and emailed to authorised Çeşnitaş personnel. WordPress.com/Automattic provides hosting and Google Workspace/Gmail handles email. These providers may process the data to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
Security and international processing
Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent automated submissions and abuse. Google acts as a processor for this service. Before you submit the form, your browser may connect to Google and transmit IP address, browser/device information and verification interactions. Hosting, verification and email services may involve processing or access outside Türkiye. For information about recipients and international processing of your data, please contact us. This notice is not a request for consent to international transfers.
Retention
Requests are held in the form database and relevant email accounts. Backups may also contain these records. The form system does not currently apply an automatic deletion period. You may request information about retention of your records or request deletion where the conditions under applicable law are met.
Your rights and applications
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information about processing, its purposes and whether it is used accordingly; learn the domestic or foreign recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met; request that corrections or deletion be notified to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Submit a written application to our postal address under the applicable application rules, or email esra.ilica@cesnitas.com using an address previously supplied to us and recorded in our systems. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. We may ask for information necessary to verify identity.
